The Future of Happy Guys CBD

Hi everyone,

Unfortunately, today isn’t a happy day.

I started Happy Guys CBD with one simple goal: to provide the public with affordable, reliable CBD products that genuinely work.

Four years later, I’m proud of what we’ve built together, and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who’s supported us along the way.

But for now, I need to press pause.

Happy Guys will be closing in early 2026.

This doesn’t mean it’s the end forever — but due to a mix of personal and business circumstances, it feels like the right decision at this time.

A little perspective on why

Even though we’ve continued to grow month by month, our profit margins have always been extremely slim.
I’ve never taken money out of the business to pay myself — in fact, during quiet months I’ve covered costs out of my own pocket to keep things running.
Running the company single-handedly is a lot (even with help from family and friends), and I need some proper “me time” to reflect, reset, and plan the future.

The biggest thing I want to say is: thank you.

I’ve learned so much, made my fair share of mistakes, met some incredible people, and I’m genuinely proud that our products have helped so many customers.

A couple of important notes

All current orders will still be dispatched as normal.
We’ll be running as normal until at least the end of January 2026, while we clear remaining stock — and yes, expect some amazing clearance deals.
