How It Works
To qualify for a full refund:
- Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it
- It must be in the original packaging, with any tags or safety seals intact.
- You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).
Simply email us at hello@happyguys.co.uk to start your return. If eligible, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions on how to send it back.
⚠️ Important: Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.
What’s Not Covered
While we want to make things right for every customer, there are a few exceptions to our money-back guarantee:

Perishables, flammable items, and gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders?

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchanges
If you’d prefer to swap your product rather than get a refund, you’re welcome to do so. Just follow the return process, and once approved, you can place a new order.
