Is CBD legal in the UK?
Yes. CBD is legal in the UK as long as it’s derived from approved hemp strains and contains less than 0.2% THC. All our products meet these legal requirements. If you’re ordering from outside the UK, please check your local laws before purchasing.

Do your products contain THC?
Our products contain less than 0.2% THC, fully compliant with UK and EU regulations. You can request a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for any batch to see exact cannabinoid content.

What’s the difference between CBD, CBG, and other cannabinoids?
While CBD is the most well-known cannabinoid, others like CBG, CBN, and CBC also play important roles. CBG may support focus, mood, and digestion. CBN is commonly used to promote deep sleep. CBC has been linked to pain relief and anti-inflammatory effects. We offer full-spectrum products that contain a blend of these compounds for maximum benefit.

What is the entourage effect?
The entourage effect refers to the enhanced effects you get when cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids work together, as they do in full-spectrum extracts. It’s a natural synergy that can increase the overall impact of your CBD experience.

Will I pass a drug test if I use your CBD products?
While our products contain less than 0.2% THC, using full-spectrum CBD products can still result in a positive drug test, especially with regular or high-dose use. Drug tests typically detect THC, not CBD, but trace amounts of THC can build up over time. If you are subject to testing, consider using a THC-free product and consult with your employer or healthcare provider.

What’s the difference between full-spectrum and broad-spectrum CBD?
Full-spectrum CBD contains a wide range of naturally occurring cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids from the hemp plant — including a small, legal amount of THC (less than 0.2% in the UK). These compounds work together to create the entourage effect, where the overall benefits are believed to be greater than using CBD alone.
Broad-spectrum CBD is similar, but the THC has been completely removed. You still get a rich mix of cannabinoids and terpenes, but without any detectable THC.
Choose full-spectrum if you want the complete hemp experience and don't mind trace amounts of THC. Choose broad-spectrum if you want to avoid THC altogether.

How long does order processing take?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are processed within 24 hours, but most go out much faster.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 12 PM GMT (midday) are usually dispatched the same day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next working day.

What are your shipping hours?
We ship Monday to Friday between 9 AM – 5 PM GMT. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Do you use drop shipping for some items?
Yes. Some of our products are shipped directly from partner warehouses, which may take an extra 1–2 business days to dispatch. If your order contains a mix of in-stock and drop-shipped items, they may arrive separately, but you’ll only pay for shipping once.

Do you ship internationally?
We offer Royal Mail International Tracked shipping to countries where CBD is legal. If your country supports CBD imports, we’ll do our best to get your order to you safely.

Are there any customs fees or taxes on international orders?
Some countries may apply VAT, import taxes, or customs duties when your order arrives. These charges are set by your country’s customs office and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your local import laws before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges.

What if I can't check out from my country?
