Shipping Information

We aim to make shipping simple and transparent. Orders are processed within 24 hours (often faster), and those placed before 12 PM GMT are usually dispatched the same day. We ship Monday to Friday between 9 AM – 5 PM GMT.

Some products are drop-shipped from alternative warehouses and may take an extra 1–2 business days to dispatch, though most still ship the same day if ordered before noon. If your order contains both in-stock and drop-shipped items, they may arrive separately — but you’ll only be charged for shipping once.
